Licensed, Nationally Certified Professional Counselor and Attorney

Life isn’t easy, especially in today’s busy world. Having a safe place to regain focus, plan, problem solve, and get in touch with your true self helps. I try to provide that space for my clients as we walk together through the issues facing them. I use a client centered, creative approach to help people hear their own voice, and recognize their inner strengths.

My wide range of experience enables me to guide my clients through their own decision making process in a way that affirms who they are, and insures that they are doing what’s right for them. I also know that faith often plays a part in the healing process, and I allow my clients the freedom to explore their own beliefs, should they desire. When life seems out of control, Orlando Counseling Services is the perfect place to calm your heart, mind and soul. No matter what the issue is, I would be honored to walk with you on your journey towards healing and peace.

Licensed Professional Counselor

It’s hard being human. We don’t come with an owner’s manual. There’s no certain formula for how to succeed at life. Often we don’t even know what we want, or what will truly make us happy. We just know: “I want to feel better.” Being human is incredibly messy and immensely complicated, and everyone gets stuck sometimes. Many different things happen that can cause us to get stuck: grief and loss, trauma, issues in relationships, LGBT+ or other identity issues, men’s issues, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, ADHD or just needing a supportive, non-judgmental outsider to walk with us as we figure out who we are and what we want.

I help people find out how to get themselves unstuck. I believe that each person is an expert in their own lives and I trust and honor the unique inner wisdom of every person’s individual life experience. I seek to help them connect to the voice of their own inner truth and to explore and begin to live the life that is most authentically right for them.

I do this by providing a safe space where everyone is invited to be just who they are and see how caring can transform us from within. I seek to be a wise companion for you as we walk this small part of your life’s journey together: to listen without judgment, to speak with compassion and, to reflect with integrity all that you choose to share with me.
